Your 14-Day Introductory Pass Includes:

Located within walking distance of Hyde Park, our studio is a spacious and colourful inner-city oasis.
You can expect a dreamy light set up, lots of greenery &
of course the friendliest of vibes. We can't wait to welcome
you to this magical space - we just know you're going to LOVE

Facilites: We have air conditioning, heating and toilet facilites.
Yoga Mats: We have spare yoga mats on
hand that you're welcome to use (free of charge) or
you can bring your own yoga mat with you to class.
Water: Fill up your drink bottle or have
a glass of water at our drink station.

Our signature vinyasa classes will challenge your
strength, balance and flexibility as you flow from pose to pose, connecting movement with breath.
Our creative and ever-changing class sequences will ensure you're always growing and never bored.
Classes are easy to follow and suitable for all levels including beginners. Your experienced teacher will give clear
instructions and demonstrate the entire class so you can follow along with ease.
Like our Signature Vinyasa class but spicier. This vinyasa class is designed to help you get stronger & progress in your yoga practice 💪. You'll flow through this challenging (but fun!) class where you'll build strength, work on your core and have the opportunity to learn new things, as well as building a strong mind-body connection - yep things are gonna get spicy 🔥
In addition to our Highgate Studio classes, we run regular Yoga In The Park and Rooftop Yoga classes throughout the warmer months (October-May).
